delicious meals with others. As an IT Professional, the founder discovered that
while his career paid the bills, his heart truly belonged in the kitchen. From
cooking for fellow students in college to hosting memorable dinner parties in
the US, food has always been a central part of his life. After marrying Nima,
whose love for exploring different tastes and textures matched his own, the
dream of starting a food business began to take shape.
Through
years of moves and making friends in various places, the idea for Indian Curry
Pot continued to grow stronger. Finally, in June 2022, the stars aligned, and
Indian Curry Pot became a reality. Inspired by the warm and welcoming setup of
Christine's Kitchen on Burnstown Road, the founders knew it was time to bring
their long-awaited venture to fruition.
The opening
weekend of Indian Curry Pot was a resounding success, capturing the attention
of locals and media alike. In the weeks that followed, their delectable
offerings flew off the shelves, showcasing the community's appetite for
authentic Indian flavors.
